Contract Management

• Creation and maintenance of all counterparty, index, calendar and contract type static data and information.
• Provides the ability to support all contract types in all appropriate markets, including the maintenance of multiple calendars that may be market specific.
• Maintain and provide a complete set of records on all contracts that are in the system.
• Enables the effective management of contracts such that standard contract types are easily defined and the creation and maintenance of non-standard contracts are well facilitated.
• Event Triggers have been incorporated within the functionality to enable the identification of contracts given certain market variables.
• Provides an audit trail and diary facilities for the management of contracts, and any arising disputes, and the issuing of confirmations.
• Provides exception reporting for deficient trade documentation and outstanding diary events.
• Ensures all contracts conform to stipulated credit or policy parameters defined within the system.
• Provides accurate and timely reports on contracted positions set by parameters defined within the system.
• Provides an effective and efficient interface to internal and external systems and bodies for required information.
• Dynamic calendaring prompts and suggests the necessary volume and price amendments affected by holiday changes.
